This release of Wolfenstein 3D includes 90 levels:

The 30 levels of the SNES/Jaguar version (called the "Second Encounter" on the Macintosh, the "Original Encounter" on the 3DO and Apple IIgs).

The 60 levels of the original PC version (called the "Third Encounter" on the Macintosh).

The two Macintosh "Encounter" versions had been previously available on their own via mail order.
