They disabled sound in attract mode (there isn't a setting to do that, unlike Buster Bros), changed the lives option from 1,2,3,4 to 1,3,4,6, and changed the copyright year from 1989 to 1990. Changed Z80 CPU1 clock speed to 8MHz.
