WIP:

- 0.129u3: Chowell fixed scratchpad RAM length to 256 bytes.

- 0.123u3: Mr. Do and Zsolt Vasvari added built-in layout, cleaned up and reorganized the Space Tactics driver.

- 0.123u1: Zsolt Vasvari added more accurate emulation of the priority system and the beam logic in Space Tactics. Removed color table. Centered crosshair. Used proper game orientation. Unified memory maps. Switched game to use the artwork system. Set GAME_IMPERFECT_GRAPHICS until artwork is created. Changed visible area to 256x240 and palettesize to 1024 colors.

- 0.35b6: Replaced I8085 CPU with I8080.

- 0.35b1: Zsolt Vasvari added high score saving to Space Tactics.

- 0.33b7: Frank Palazzolo added Space Tactics (Sega 1981). TODO: Missing the Lamps (Credit, Barrier, and 5 lamps for firing from the bases) and sound (all discrete and a 76447). Verify color prom resistor values (Last 8 colors) and bar graph displays.
